The GPX tracks are files stored in the directory generally called AGPS-Tracker, even if the user may have choosen a different name. This directory is directly accessible by any File Manager App of your phone. Photos are stored in its subdirectory AgpsTrackerPhoto.
To see or transfer these files the easiest method is to connect the phone to a PC via USB. The PC should be able to see the phone as a memory device and manage the directory and its files. Obviously with the same method you can transfer the GPX files to the new phone, but first you should run the AGPS-Tracker app that, in its initial settings will recreate the directory structure.
